Residence Policies

These Residence Policies are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you.
By booking, you agree to abide by all of our Residence Policies, terms and conditions, and procedures

GENERAL POLICIES

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS

When you arrive at our building, we kindly ask that each person provide valid government-issued photo identification, such as an Identity Card, Passport, or Driver’s License.

Please be aware that we cannot register you or provide your keys without valid photo identification.

MOVE-IN

Please let us know your flight arrival time.

MOVE-OUT

We will send you a notice the day before the eviction date.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

We will make every effort to honour special requests such as a specific floor or room number, adjacent rooms etc. upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.

LOST AND FOUND

We are not responsible for any item left behind. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, will be collected and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded.

PARKING FACILITIES

David House don’t offer any parking space. You can use near Parking space.

You can park your car for a while to move your luggage. We recommend you not to bring your car because the public parking lot around is expensive.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

QUIET HOURS

Our rooms are situated in a building that houses other privately owned units. As such, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep the volume of your television, voices, or other devices at a respectful low level at all times. Please open and close doors quietly. To ensure the safety and comfort of  neighbours, we do not allow gatherings in the hallway, running on the staircase, parties, loud disturbances, or any other noise that may cause a nuisance. If there is a disturbance, we will give one polite warning to reduce the noise.

If our request is not followed, we might have to ask you to vacate the premises without a refund.

ROOM POLICIES

ROOM OCCUPANCY

For the safety, please note that the general occupancy of each of our rooms is 1-2 persons per room. 

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

We kindly request our resident to respect the fact that all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms and that we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, and candle burning.

We reserve the right to impose an exceptional flat-rate cleaning fee of 300,000 won if smoking occurs in any of our rooms.

ACCESS TO ROOMS

Our staff and management have the right to enter a room for reasonable purposes such as emergencies, maintenance checks, verifying the room and its furnishings are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of ourPolicies.

PAYMENT METHODS AND POLICIES

PAYMENT METHOD: Bank Transfer

Upon booking, 100,000won deposit will be charged. You can contact us the reservation form. And we will inform you how to pay the fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

STANDARD POLICY

You can cancel or modify your reservation for free up to 10 days before your arrival. However, if you cancel or modify your reservation in less than 7 days or fail to show up, the entire reservation amount will be charged. To cancel or modify your reservation, please send us an email.

THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION

We reserves the right to cancel a reservation if a pre-authorisation has failed or the stated amount has not been paid within the agreed period. Exceptionally we can cancel the reservation for real reasons (for example: due to urgency, unpredictable repairs that prevent the unit from being used normally and safely, technical errors that occurred during the reservation process, the need to close or fraud or inaccurate data provided by the resident) or in a case of inappropriate behaviour of a potential person.

FINAL PROVISIONS

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT’S RIGHTS

David House is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage to the resident property or personal injury that in any way occurs during the stay at David House Rooms. The total liability of Daivdhouse for damages does not exceed the value of the reservation amount.

If our residence service has a disturbance or damage, we will do our best to eliminate it as soon as possible, and the resident is obliged to contribute to the elimination of the disorder or to minimize the damage. If the resident, his or her, or any person for whom they are responsible causes damage to our residence or its exterior, the resident is fully responsible for that damage, however, disclaims any liability for damages that the resident might suffer in such a case.

In case of breach of our Residence Policies, we reserve the right to forbid entry, remove the resident from the room, and claim compensation for damage caused.
Our Residence also reserves the right and the resident authorizes it, to charge the debit or credit submitted at the time of booking and/or check-in for any damage or theft of objects. 

CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE POLICIES

We reserve the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, or alter in any way these Residence Policies or the arrangements and content featured on our Website at any time without prior notice. Please check our Website for updates to the Residence Policies. Any modification to these Residence Policies that may occur before your departure is considered a part of your reservation agreement with us.
